Equipment description:
The equipment uses the principle of direct pressure, using compressed air as the medium to test the air tightness of products. It is widely used for sealing test of open products.
Working process:
Placing products - Start - Inflating - Pressure holding -PLC analysis and comparison - Checking out (pass/fail) - Data saving
Inflating time: Inflating and pressurizing the product
Balance time: maintain internal pressure of the product
Detection time: PLC data analysis
Exhaust time: Exhaust after completion
Inflating delay: inflating fixture cylinder pressure time
Pressure upper limit: prevent excessive access pressure from damaging equipment or products
Pressure lower limit: after the pressure is kept, the pressure will stop directly when it exceeds the lower limit. It is used to determine the unqualified product in advance if the leakage amount is too large, so as to provide efficiency
Leakage: Alarm value is set. When the detected product exceeds the ratio, it is judged as unqualified product
Real-time test curve: it is used to visually display the pressure trend curve in the test process
